Garett Guidroz moved to Sebastian, Florida at the age of 5 years old. He attended Sebastian Elementary School, Sebastian Middle School, and graduated from Vero Beach High School in 1986. He then attended Indian River Community College. As a senior in high school,he started working at Tripp electric and continued to work throughout his studies at Indian
River Community College. He was the top of his class all four years that he attended. In 1989, Garett received his electrical journeymen’s license. He graduated electrical apprenticeship in 1990.

In 1990, Garett also received his master’s electrical license. He became state certified with an unlimited electrical license in 1991.Garett founded Complete Electric in 1992. In 1993, Complete Electric became the exclusive electrical contractor to the citrus industry and remains the exclusive electrical contractor to this day. Complete Electric does all aspects of electrical work statewide and is the only electrical contractor in the tri county area that specializes in programmable logic control automation. Complete Electric currently employs over 100 individuals. While maintaining Complete Electric, Garett founded Complete Alarm in 1997. Complete Alarm specializes in CCTV systems, fire alarm systems, security systems, and access control data. In 2010, Garett started Complete Generator Sales and Service which specializes in commercial and residential generator installation and maintenance.

Although these companies take up a lot of his time, Garett has other interests as well. In 2006, Garett became an instrument rated pilot. His love of flying also gave him the ability to travel statewide to provide electrical contracting services. From a young age, Garett has enjoyed spending time in the great outdoors of Florida. Especially spending time on airboats. He has enjoyed it so much that in 2017 he founded Outlaw Airboats. Outlaw airboats builds carbon fiber airboat hulls. Outlaw offers seven different hull designs.
