Mr. Cramb brings more than four decades of experience in national security, defense, business development, and nonprofit leadership. A decorated U.S. Navy veteran and accomplished executive in the aerospace and defense industry, he has led major organizations, managed multibillion-dollar pipelines, and guided complex operations at the highest levels of government and industry.

Mr. Cramb’s military career spans 28 years of service in the United States Navy, including senior leadership roles such as chief of Staff for Second Fleet, Deputy Director in the Office of Program and Process Appraisals reporting to the Secretary of the Navy, and Commanding Officer of the USS Reuben James. He earned an MBA from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. He maintains an active SECRET clearance and is widely respected for his expertise in defense planning, budgeting, and strategic leadership.
